In an extremely quick turn of events, I was recruited to provide the theme and underscoring for Starship Farragut: The Capitancy.  It was an extremely time-intensive but overall fun project with plenty of "lessons learned" both from a production point of view for me personally as well as organizing coordination of a team that were in 3 different time zones!  Check out the site here:

The premiere of this episode will be screened at the Farpoint Convention in Hunt Valley, Maryland on 2/17/2007.  Web premiere is at 2/23/2007 @ 5:01 PM PST and will be able to be downloaded from the link above.

An unreleased game that I'm still working on, Venture Arctic, has had a very nice preview at GameTunnel.com.  I was especially pleased with this quote from the preview:

"Most notably, though, gamers will be easily pleased with Venture Arctic's ... audio presentation."

Right now I'm in the middle of several projects for different games -- some of which I can announce (see the right column) and others that I can't just yet. I'm also working to start getting some film projects rolling and I'll announce those here when I get something going in that realm as well.

I just finished conducting "Footloose the musical" for the University of Missouri-Rolla. It was a great time. It's been a little while since I've had a chance to do instrumental conducting and it felt great to get back into it. The pit that I conducted from was extremely low. My head was not above the floor and I was standing on a podium that was about 2.5 feet tall! I'll be posting pictures of the pit as soon as I get a chance.

Lots of work has gone into adding new content to the CD-ROM edition of wildlife tycoon. The new content is great and will make a good edition to the game. The game also went to wide release yesterday!

My partner in crime with Winter, Come to Us!, Jill Wondel, is working hard to put together a workable script to base the music from. We hope to have the work completed by April of 2006.

I just started working on a new project -- the score for Basic Bob: Island of Misfits. It has a very fun, but amusingly epic sound about it. The game is set to be released in a week, so the music will be getting done in this next week as well. A demo reel will be available after the game is released.
